At Rubber Jungle, every wetsuit is handcrafted and custom-made to ensure the perfect fit, performance, and durability. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Since all our wetsuits are custom-made, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing (if measurements provided were incorrect), or general wear and tear.

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and find a suitable resolution.
Warranty & Repairs

All our wetsuits are made to the highest quality standards. We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer repairs for manufacturing defects within the first 12 months of purchase.

If your wetsuit develops an issue due to manufacturing faults, we will repair it free of charge. If the damage is due to general use, we offer affordable repair services to extend the life of your suit.
How to Request a Return or Repair
If you believe your wetsuit has a defect, please follow these steps:

We do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Repairs for wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect care are available at an additional cost.

Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by us. For general repairs, the customer is responsible for postage.
